Skier Registration
Final Registration will be held at the Team Captain's meeting on Wednesday, October 12th at 8:00 pm in the Crowne Plaza Hotel (room # TBA). All eligibility letters, team rosters, and proof of NCWSA and USAWS membership will be approved here.
Pre-registration will take place prior to the tournament and more details on this will be provided by your respective region's chairman/woman. Any changes in your pre-registration material must be done before the Team Captain's meeting. There can be no changes of any kind to the running order after Final Registration.
A skier that is not on the eligibility letter and the team roster by Final Registration will not be allowed to ski in any event. There should be a section added to the roster for alternate skiers in the case of an injury to any skier. Substitutions for injuries may be made any time up to ½ hour before the start of any event.

Room rates are $110 per night until October 5th, 2011. Book EARLY to guarantee this rate! You can always cancel.
The Crowne Plaza is now full on Thursday night. They own the hotel next door which is a nice Holiday Inn and will honor the same rates. The rooms are under the name NCWSA Collegiate National Water Ski Championships and the telephone number is Holiday Inn 225-448-2030. They will honor the rate of $110.00.

Off-the-water Agenda
Wednesday, October 12, 2011:
Final Registration 8:00pm at host hotel
Officials/Captains meeting at host hotel after Final Registration. Appointed Officials, NCWSA Board Members and Team Captains (other team members are also welcome as long as there is space available) will receive last minute instructions from the Chief Judge and LOC. A drawing for towboats for each event will be made. Team rotation order will be determined by the latest ranking list published prior to the start of the tournament.

Friday, October 14, 2011: Friday night Skier's party will be a Halloween Costume Party! Don't forget to bring your costume! We will also be giving out prizes for Best Costume, Most Original and Best Group. You will be judged by a mystery panel. Under the pavilion starting at 9pm. DJ Jeff Surdej
Saturday, October 15, 2011: Semi-Formal banquet at the hotel at 7:00pm
NEW THIS YEAR: Practice will be allowed on the week before the tournament up until October 12, 2011 from 8am-dark. Practice is $20 for 4 slalom passes, 3 jumps, 4 trick passes. Towboats
The towboats approved for the 2011 Nationals, under the towboat policies of the NCWSA, are yet to be determined. All boats will pull both trick events and a drawing will be held to see which boats pull the other events.
Concessions
Concessions will be available throughout the days of the tournament provided by A Special Occasion.
